Pasqua in Sardegna: l'offerta 2026 del Forte Village Resort

Easter in Sardinia: Forte Village Resort’s 2026 offer

Easter in Sardinia: Sea, Relaxation, and Fun at Forte Village in Santa Margherita di Pula

The Easter period is the perfect time to experience a more intimate and authentic Sardinia, with mild temperatures and sunny days ideal for enjoying the sea and the island’s extraordinary natural landscapes—made even more appealing by the exclusive package designed by Forte Village Resort.

Spending Easter in Sardinia means choosing a time of year when the ancient island of Ichnusa reveals one of its most genuine and evocative sides, thanks to a rare balance between natural beauty, centuries-old traditions, and a high-quality travel experience. All of this is enhanced by a gentle climate and a landscape that slowly awakens after the winter months.

With the arrival of spring, the hills of the Sulcis-Iglesiente area transform into a vibrant natural mosaic of colors and scents, as asphodels, rockroses, broom, and wild orchids bloom across the countryside. The trails of Ogliastra and Gennargentu, surrounded by holm oaks, cork forests, and dense Mediterranean scrub, become an ideal setting for scenic excursions suitable for the whole family. Likewise, the southern Sardinian coastline, from Chia to Santa Margherita di Pula, offers an atmosphere of rare tranquility, with some of the island’s most beautiful beaches ready to welcome the season’s first adventurous swimmers.

Longer, brighter days allow visitors to experience the territory at a slower, more relaxed pace, far from the summer crowds, creating ideal conditions for a holiday that combines discovery, well-being, and relaxation.

Easter 2026: Sardinia’s religious celebrations and traditional cuisine

What makes this time of year even more special are the religious and folkloric celebrations that bring life to villages and cities across the island. Moments of reflection and popular festivities engage both adults and children, creating a unique atmosphere that blends spirituality and conviviality. The result is a portrait of a Sardinia deeply connected to its historical and cultural identity, expressed through symbolic rituals, traditional costumes, and music accompanying Easter processions, offering visitors a deeply evocative and immersive experience.

At the same time, Easter in Sardinia is also a journey through local flavors, thanks to a rich gastronomic tradition that reaches its most expressive moment during this period. From the tables of small inland villages to seaside restaurants, Sardinian Easter cuisine features dishes closely tied to seasonality and collective memory. Highlights include roasted lamb, local cheeses, and decorated semolina bread (coccoi cun s’ou), a symbol of abundance and prosperity, as well as traditional desserts that vary from area to area.

Among the most iconic sweets are pardulas (small pastries filled with ricotta and saffron) and zeppole, often paired with high-quality local wines such as the aromatic Cannonau di Sardegna.
