Forte Village is the non-plus ultra of haute cuisine and confirms it, once again, with the splendid “Celebrity Chef Nights” evenings. The celebrities of haute cuisine, under the stars of a wonderful Sardinian summer sky, perform at the Forte Bay Terrace and Forte Gourmet.
It is a unique event created exclusively for guests by the great Michelin-starred chefs and the most famous interpreters of international cuisine: from France to Spain, from Germany to the most beautiful regions of Italy. Fine menus with signature dishes paired with wines from the best wineries.
From 3rd to 5th of July the starred cuisine of Michele De Blasio, Executive Chef of the fine dining restaurant Volta del Fuenti, in the superb setting of the Amalfi Coast, will be the protagonist. The Chef’s dishes stand out for experimentation and the right balance in every recipe, thanks to careful research and study of ingredients and raw materials.
From 6th to 7th of July it will be the time of Antonio Salvatore, the starred chef of Guardia Perticara, province of Potenza, who brought the excellence of Southern Italian products to the Principality of Monaco. In 2020 the La Table Au Rampoldi project was born, the restaurant where he creates New Monegasque style dishes by bringing together the cuisine of his roots with French tradition.
From the 23rd to the 26th of July, there will be the chance to taste the dishes of Sandro Serva, starred chef of La Trota, in Rivodruti, in the hills and countryside of Lazio, one of the great family-run companies of Italian catering. The best local products are selected and revised in a modern key playing, with refined balance, on textures, temperatures and the use of special aromatic herbs.
Finally, from the 28th to the 31st of July and from the 1st to the 5th of August, the starred chef Andrea Berton will conquer guests with his modern and refined dishes. Born in Friuli in 1970, he began his adventure in Milan with Gualtiero Marchesi and trained in the best restaurants in the world. In December 2013, he launched the Berton Restaurant where he presents modern dishes with flavours always recognisable on the palate.
